Spirit of Youth

Sarah serves on both her local and statewide student government organizations including serving as vice president. She also has a youth seat on her local school board. Through her role, she helps other students address issues that they are concerned about by helping them clearly present their ideas which results in real impact in the state. Some issues she has helped address are gun violence, mental health awareness, menstrual product accessibility, and use of artificial intelligence in schools.
